Meditation Camp

Meditation Camp is designed to liberate you from limited notions of what meditation is all about. You will have the opportunity to expand the rand of your meditation techniques, going from physically active exercises to sitting Vipassana. 


Meditation is not just about silting rigidly in a lotus position with knees locked. Some are emo­tionally and physically challenging. At this physi­cal, emotional, mental, and spiritual state, you may begin to see yourselfand your life with greater detachment and more compassion which allows you to be more present toothers.


The meditations include; 5 Spice Powder, Dark­ness, Kundalini, Born Again, No Mind, Nataraj, Satsung, Nadabrahma, and Golden Flower, among others. While these meditations may help in the release of emotional blockages and provoke deeper personal insights, there will be very Iittle discus­sion or processing of the meditation experience. That's because the focus is on you-being fully pre­sent to your specific meditation space.


We will have an opportunity to share about your experience and to ask questions to deepen your practice.

That's why these weekends are designed to have lots of movement of the body first and then the mind can become quiet.
